1.ตั้งฝ่ามือขึ้นแล้วกำมือ
2.แบมือและเหยียดนิ้วทุกนิ้วให้ตรงที่สุด โดยให้แต่ละนิ้วชิดกัน
3.หงายฝ่ามือไปด้านหลัง ขณะเดียวกันให้กางนิ้วโป้งให้ห่างจากฝ่ามือมากที่สุด
4.ใช้นิ้วหัวแม่มืออีกข้างดึงนิ้วโป้งให้ห่างจากฝ่ามือให้มากที่สุด

ทำแต่ละท่าค้างไว้ประมาณ 7 วินาทีควรทำซ้ำตั้งแต่งขั้นตอนที่ 1-4 อีกวันละ 5 ครั้ง

ท่าบริหารเส้นเอ็นข้อมือ
1.ตั้งฝ่ามือขึ้น แบมือและเหยียดนิ้วทุกนิ้วให้ตรง
